Every company wants to have Experienced people working for them. Freshers are neglected or seen as way to reduce Cost to the company. This perspective needs to change among the companies.
Reasons? They earn you IDEAS !!!
Freshers are open to new ways to work, they are more enthusiastic and flexible to learn, they think from an angle no experienced person can think since experienced people are more restricted to set of methods they have to use to get out put. Who says giving work to a fresher will not get better outputs? If you have that opinion I would request you to see the below video:

The surprising groups are inexperienced, unbiased teams who are not afraid of doing mistakes and working on prototyping.They work with passion and give their best in same amount of time given to the experienced professionals.
